What type of home services do you provide?
To put it simply, we provide Total House Care services, including recurring maintenance, cleaning, handyman repair. Our services cover common everyday chores, seasonal tasks, and special projects. We will work both inside and outside your home to handle all your needs.
Are your services available year-round?
Yes! No matter the season or climate, we offer services for all environments. In the summer we will maintain your lawn, and in the winter we will remove the snow from your driveway. Our programs cover both the interior and exterior of your house during every season.
How do I know how much my project will cost?
Your TruBlue professional will come to your home and discuss your project with you in detail. You can provide us with all of the information we need and ask us about any concerns you may have. Once we have all the information, you will be presented with a detailed firm quote for all the work.
Do I have a choice in materials?
We will provide professional recommendations based on our previous experiences. You always have full say in colors, materials, and even brands if you have a preference. Feel free to discuss your options with our service team. We will provide all of the information you need to make the best decision. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we are here to make you happy.
Who will do the work?
TruBlue uses our own employees and trusted, specialty service providers. Our team of skilled craftsmen are background checked and are fully bonded and insured. Additionally, because we put customer satisfaction at the forefront of our company, we guarantee our work. If needed, we may use trusted partners for specialized services, but you can be assured they have been vetted with the same detail as our employees.
What do I need to do to prepare for my project?
It’s simple! Move anything that could be disturbed away from the work area. Ensure pets and/or children are in the least disruptive space throughout the progress of the project. If you prefer to be home while we work, we can work around you as you go throughout your day.
Do I have to be home when you do my project?
It is quite common for us to work while you are out of the house. Typically, homeowners will provide us either a garage code or key to enter the house. You can rest assured that our handymen are bonded and insured and go through a background check. We know your home is your safe haven, so earning your trust is paramount. Also, it is perfectly fine if you are home while we work. We are happy to work with your schedule and comfort level.
How do you handle items that need to be purchased for my project?
Your TruBlue professional can provide you a list of materials that you can purchase yourself, but if you can’t find the time, we understand. Simply allow TruBlue to purchase on your behalf the materials you have both agreed upon in writing.
Do you have monthly plans available?
Absolutely! We are available for one-off projects or on a regular basis for quarterly maintenance or monthly help around the house. With House Care Plus, we work with you to create a timeline and budget that make sense for your needs.

What home modifications should be made for a senior aging in place?
While it always depends on the situation, our 75-point Home Safety Assessment is meant to thoroughly check the home for fall hazards and general safety. This often includes handrail installation, evaluation of stairs, lighting, fire and electrical safety, and a full assessment of the home, inside and out.
