“ My home’s front door wasn’t lining up and sealing properly when closed, and the back door wiggled a little bit when locked, and it’s trim was cracking. Troy and Ron were able to readjust the front door’s existing parts, realigning it and making it seal properly. Also added a new striker plate to the back door’s lock making it close nice and tight, nailed and caulked the trim back into place. They were easy to work with, and got the job done in a little over an hour. Also, the job needed to be rescheduled, and Jason was able to move it up just one day later. I’d call TruBlue again for sure. ”

He provided a very reasonable estimate by the end of the day (much more reasonable than the other quotes I had received). We were fortunate to have touched base with Trublue during a light scheduling period and thus were able to have the work taken care of within a week. Troy and Brad came out promptly in the morning and were able to fix everything within a few hours, namely replacing some old sockets/switches, installing a new bathroom exhaust fan and replacing the motor in our attic fan. They tested everything they fixed thoroughly and did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. I will definitely be in touch with these folks again for more projects around the house in the near future. ”

They had just completed retro fitting a dishwasher into existing cabinetry in her kitchen (which I was present for). I watched them complete that job so I already felt comfortable thinking of them when I wanted work done in my own home. I hired TruBlu of Cuyahoga Valley to remove and replace a bathtub and tub surround, remove an old bathroom exhaust fan, reinstall a new exhaust fan, smooth out and repaint my bathroom ceiling, hang two new light fixtures, move and reset a 220v outlet and reattach my handrail going upstairs. First and foremost, effective communication is a huge deal to me. I got that with TruBlu. Everyone that worked with me during the duration of my projects had stellar communication, starting with Jason who left me with no doubts that the job would get done to completion and to my liking. He called or emailed when he said he would. He answered any questions that I had. He worked with me to get the job scheduled efficiently so that it worked for me and the company. The two men that completed the projects (Troy and Ron) were an absolute delight to have in my home for the week. They were so respectful of me and my space and were so pleasant with each other (and me too of course). They worked together, as a team, listening to each others’ advice and getting the job done smoothly, again, as a team. No egos. Simply doing the work, and doing it right. I could tell they truly enjoy working with each other. I called them men earlier, but they were both truly gentlemen. They were prompt everyday, arriving at 8am every morning (well Ron got there between 10-15 minutes early everyday lol). He says he hates to be late. Home Depot sent me a cracked surround and without hesitation, they packed it up, loaded it in one of their trucks and followed me back to Home Depot to get it exchanged. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I absolutely 100% recommend this company! I will use them again in the future, without a doubt! ”
