Who knew that my search in sorting through various fence contractors would lead me to literally hitting the jackpot when it came to my selection in choosing TruBlue! First of all, they are incredibly responsive (which can't be overlooked) when reaching out to them and in keeping you updated throughout the entire process, especially during this Covid-era of supply chain and labor issues and were competitively priced. Secondly, the elevation of my property contained a large ledge outcropping (normal topography in the North Shore area) and has a former stone wall property line that had been covered and overgrown, which the former stockade fence had been built upon. One company admitted they could not do the job, another wanted to charge extra, but True Blue recognized the ledge as a challenge and not only dismissed it as an impediment to their skill-set, but the only price adjustment incurred was due to my decision to change fence style from stockade to vinyl. Finally, I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge and pay homage to the team of Dustin and Joe, true professionals and craftsmen who I was blessed with to have performed the job. Those two gentlemen are truly skilled as evidenced by the care in which they constructed the fence to align gracefully with the sloping contours of the ledge and descending elevation onto the ancient stone retaining wall. Dustin and Joe were also respectful to my wife's request to be careful of her special trees (which are of sentimental value and abutted their work site), were always punctual and once they arrived, wasted little time in getting started. Their attitudes and demeanor were refreshing and engaging, but they remained focused on accomplishing their task. It was interesting watching them as they drilled through the stone to set their posts and tie off their marker lines to gauge their leveling and direction. The end result of their effort far exceeded my expectations. The fence was not only visually appealing with its gentle sloping contours, but structurally very strong and firm. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a fence contracting firm to save your time and just contact TruBlue at the outset, or at the very least consider them in your evaluations as my experience has been outstanding! ”
