Nate was great from the get go. Super responsive at the first contact, on time and thorough when he came for the quote, same when he came for the actual repair. The price was exactly what I expected, and the work was great. My kids can't complain about taking out the trash because the gate won't open anymore. One thing to note for the women out there- at no time did I feel talked down to or taken advantage of, like what happens with a lot of contractors. Nate was really straightforward with the work that needed to be done, respected my knowledge, and never once assumed my partner was the one making all the decisions, even though my partner made the initial contact. I like to mention this because finding someone who does great work AND treats women well should be recognized. ”
