“ When you need work done in your home, it is difficult to know who to trust. I was looking for a company who would give me a fair quote, show up when they said they would and complete the project in a timely manner. TruBlue of Spokane Valley are the guys to trust! I first met Steve, the owner, when he came by to give me an estimate for a dump run (because of the massive amount of junk another contractor just left there after the job was done). He noticed that my back deck, which we use many times a day to let our dog into the back yard, was rotting. He showed me why it was dangerous and I asked him for an estimate, which he gave me the same day. We decided to go for it since he seemed like a sincere guy. They scheduled the job to start taking out the old and putting in the new deck within days. This was in November during a pouring rain storm. The workers, Derek and Gage showed up every day right on time, and not only built the deck to perfection, but did it cheerfully during the horrible weather. I couldn't believe these guys, total pros who know exactly what they were doing! The owner, Steve, came over each day to check on things. It took exactly a week which is what they said it would take, cost exactly what they told me, and they took the garbage away! Really pleasant professionals, they were super sweet to my dog!

Workers are background check and he never uses sub contractors.
Already mentioned, but they were on time every single day and worked hard all day until it was dark.
Excellent employees, even the folks that answer their phones, which makes me know Steve treats them well, which I truly appreciate.
