He physically reviewed what needed to be done, provided a very reasonable quote in a timely manner. We then scheduled in the job and communicated well, as needed. I like that Daniel was easily reachable via phone call and/or text and we could sort things out. We also added a paint task during the job and the additional price was very good. “ I had my shower remodeled and it came out looking amazing. Daniel was very helpful and answered all of my questions quickly and helped ease any concerns I had about the remodel. I also didn't have much of an idea how I wanted the shower to look, but his suggestions turned out great. The tile work by Julio was impressive, and I liked how he arranged the patterns on the tile so it has a very nice flow to it. The whole project start to finish took a bit longer than I was expecting, but that was because the glass needed to be custom measured and manufactured, which took an extra week. Overall I'm satisfied with how the project went and am happy with the result. ”

Having worked with other contractors on our house, Daniel and his team definitely were our favorite to work with in multiple aspects: they communicated well, were flexible with our schedule, helped with the design and made recommendations, were able to quickly fix unexpected issues that came up, transparent and fair pricing (really appreciated the detailed line items when it came to our estimate), and overall a great job done on our bathroom. “ Daniel and Team were hired in early August to completely redo our bathroom - we were facing a leak situation from the previous shower and decided to completely redo the entire bathroom. The quote came in timely and the price was not low but was fair for the amount of work being done. We ran into issues pretty quickly as we discovered a hole underneath the previous jacuzzi tub where water had eroded the soil under the foundation. Luckily the fix was relatively simple but all along the way Daniel and his team kept me informed and made suggestions on how to best tackle this and other smaller challenges. Overall I think the work speaks for itself, the new bathroom is marvelous with a rainfall shower and a beautiful freestanding tub. The entire project took about a month and we are very very happy with our brand new bathroom. Thanks ”

“ Daniel and his team remodeled our bathroom this past spring. Six months later, my husband and I absolutely love our bathroom and we do not regret a single cent invested into it. The process was fairly smooth from start to finish. We did have a moderate amount of upgrades that we requested after the initial quote and design. Daniel was quick to make the adjustments or let us know if our request was not advisable. We did express at one point that an item we really wanted was out of our budget. Daniel gave us several options to consider, and we were able to select one that worked best for us. The job is construction and contracting work by nature, so there were some bumps along the way. This is not a handy man repair type of work. Daniel was quick to respond, hear our concerns and either provide an explanation or corrective action. His team is extremely talented and hard working. His tile setter has a true passion for his craft and I love my shower. Hands down, the tile setter was my favorite person ever. If I were to give any advice for future clients it would be to remain in contact with Daniel throughout the project and notify him immediately if you have a concern. He will hear you out and he works extremely hard to provide a product that you are happy with. Be sure to have an initial plan or idea of the final result. He does move relatively quickly once he starts the project. ”
