Paul & Rhine Hines
I am originally from Puerto Rico. I graduated from a university as an aerospace engineer. After that, I worked for several big companies as a mechanical engineer, including working for Crystler at their proving grounds in Michigan. I didn’t love that weather, so we moved down to Texas, where I started working for Cooper Tires as a testing engineer.
When that company was bought out, I decided to start looking for other opportunities. I always wanted to live in Florida. We have two kids, so being closer to Puerto Rico and my family was very important. I’ve been a forensic engineer in Florida for about two years. I love it as a job, but it isn’t my passion. I’ve always had a desire to own my own business. I want to have the power and the ability to control my future and my family’s future — moving forward the way we want to move forward.
I also wanted to work alongside my wife Rhine Batiancila. She is the mother of our two-year-old son and our eight-year-old daughter. She studied hotel management and restaurant management, working for seven seasons at Gran Hotel on Mackinac Island, Michigan. She also worked for seven seasons at a resort in Vero Beach, Florida.
Everyone understands the challenges of taking care of the elderly in their family. Once you reach a certain age in your life, you look around and realize that your parents or elderly family members may have health issues or need assistance.

Paul came out to discuss our “wish list” and we were immediately impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm. The agreed upon price was very fair.
Peter was our assigned technician and he was absolutely great. Peter installed an interior barn door, changed an awkward-opening bathroom door, added new wire shelving in two rooms, converted a dummy drawer to a functional drawer, repaired some shower grout and patched a few holes where TP holders had been. Peter quickly and expertly tackled every task and communicated fully with us at each step. His work ethic was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed interacting with him.
