Before franchising, Holton spent 22 years with IBM, focused on executive project management. Holton decided he was ready to leverage his operations background to start his own business — one that would allow him to support his community. When he heard about TruBlue Home Service Ally, everything clicked.
I own a home, and I am a busy adult, and I know that the experience of being a homeowner can be very difficult if something goes wrong. You have to go find the right person to fix the right thing, and it always seems to be a different person for each job. I knew there was a better option to serve homeowners. And when I saw TruBlue, they had come up with a solution. I had even started building a business plan around this same concept, so when I saw this franchise, it met all my needs.

We presented him with a bit of a challenge by wanting stone to cover the fireplace and he took the time to carefully measure and cut each individual piece making sure it all matched up. He even took into account the slightest measurements to make sure the stone did not end up crooked. It was clear that Hugo knew exactly what he was doing and went way above and beyond any work I've ever witnessed. On top of his outstanding work he was a very kind and genuine person, who had a lot of patience when it came to our questions, asking for a few things to be changed even though it meant more work, and putting up with our rowdy dog. We will for sure be requesting Hugo specifically for any future projects. ”

They gave a quote and got started on the job. They always arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves even when I told them to leave it because they were coming back in the morning. They always were so nice and very respectful towards me, my property and my cats lol. Also a bonus they retiled my bathroom wall and floor in between the time they were working on my wall and window! I will be having them back for a couple of other issues. I highly recommend True Blue and their quality work was impressive! ”
